Benefits:
Goats Rue: Used to increase breast milk production.
Fenugreek: Used to increase milk production. Also soothes stomach and digestive problems. Can also make men randy! Down boy , down!
Fennel: Helps regulate blood pressure, reduce water retention and also purifies the blood. It is also used to increase breast milk production.
Nettle: Kind of a “Super” herb, contains vitamins A, C & K, A’s well as several B vitamins, and contains minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium. A great herb for the entire family.
Chamomile: A calming herb for the mind, body and tummy. One of my favourite herbs in both taste and smell. (And love it’s effect on my children! )
