Gosh damn there just hasn’t been a dull moment has there mama?  Getting ready for the new arrival, birth, and now you’re looking down at your bundle of joy, and it’s just all so overwhelming, and all you want to do is cry?

Totally normal mama, your body just went through WWIII, and now the reality of being a mama to a little baby who needs you 24/7 and your hormones being all over the show, can hit really freaking hard.  Welcome to the stage they call the “Baby Blues”. For some it lasts a day, for others a few weeks. (any longer, please see a doctor, as that isn’t a case of the Baby Blues; Postnatal Depression is no joke, and it’ll take more than a cup of tea to fix that!)

Be prepared for the arrival of your precious one, and get sipping on this lovely soothing blend as soon as they arrive, with a delightful mix of herbs chosen to help support you during this transition.
